Thank you for visiting my page! My name is Katie Stilwell. I’m a hopeless romantic, a mom to a beautiful little girl, love the outdoors and love to travel. I started planning events for community service projects when I was a teenager and continued throughout college. After college, friends started asking me to help with their weddings and events and my passion for planning just grew tremendously! I knew I wanted to eventually turn it into a business. With support from family and friends, Lotus Events was created. I really enjoy creating special moments throughout your event. Even more so, I love to do unique themed-based weddings and events; finding ways to tie it in at every stage. I look forward to connecting with you and help you with your special day!

Community outreach
Project 11 is a non-profit that’s near and dear to my heart. Katie currently sits on the board as Fundraising Chair. Project 11’s mission is “Showing God’s love and turning our pain into purpose by providing care packages that help improve the quality time a grieving parent has with their baby after experience a second trimester miscarriage.”
